I had a bad bout of colitis which landed me at BayShore Hospital. Immediately arriving at the ER I was taken in and a quick check by the doctor on duty. The staff kept me informed every step of the way with regards to my issue. They also made sure my sister, who escorted me, was comfortable as well. I arrived on floor 2-North (Rm 215) and again the staff could not have been friendlier or more professional. Nurses, PCA s, Doctors and the rest of the staff made me feel comfortable and were generally concern for my well being. A quick trip to the 3rd floor (Rm 333) revealed the same policy. Concern for my health.
If I single one staffer for doing a really good job it would not be fair. Everyone was really great. It was just what I needed.
