Pep boys Westminster CA the worst customer service especially the manager of the service department very lazy I was a service advisor at pep boys for 4 years taking care of customer was most important thing not for these guys it's obvious they are just there to collect a paycheck . The only person in service department that makes an effort is Anita she tries very hard to pick up the slack she should definitely be in charge of service department I recommend not going to this location for anything that has to do with service cause you will get burned not professional at all
