I would rate this place lower than poor. My mom went her and they diagnosed her with a brain tumor (only thing they did right). They released her and siad to have radiation treatment for the tumor. Three days later she was going downhill quickly, so we returned to Vista East in the ER. They treated her for a knee condition (not the reason for the visit0. Then when I tried to tell the ER doctor why we were there (she was shaking uncontrolablly and her eyes were swelled shut), he said it was because of the medications she was on. When I said to him that she was on these three days ago when she was in Vista and these problems didn't occur, he said "to be honest she just needs to be in a nursing home". We went to Northwestern after leaving the ER and found out if we would have done the radiation treatment it would have killed her. She is now on her way to a full recovery. The staff was also very difficult to work with and not caring to my mom's needs. I would not go here. I wouldn't even send a diseased rat there.
