A special thanks to the staff at The Woods during on move in day for my son and his roommates. I really appreciate how everyone stepped in to assist with issues we came across.
Maintenance team-The onsite maintenance team (Ben, Jose and Brian) were very attentive, sympathetic and attempted the resolve the issue to the best of their ability. Waldo drove in (early morning) from Austin and saved the day! He diagnosed the main issue and fixed the problem within minutes.

Leasing consultant- A special thanks to Z! From day one of calling in to gather information about the lease, move dates, etc. Z picked up on the concerns in my voice and answered every question I had. She took me by the hand (via phone) and guided me step by step of each process and had everything ready for us upon arrival. Z is a true professional, she takes it upon herself to learn your name and addresses you by it (with Ms./Mr.) each time....love it!

Manager-Upon check-in, Carl (manager) stopped by to check in to see how everything was going. We explained the issue with the water and he assured us the maintenance team would resolve. The personal check-in from the manager, to me, speaks volumes about how the complex is run. My belief is a team is only as good as the leader. If you have a leader that shows concerns, your team will follow in the same manner. Great job Carl!
