This place is awesome! I'm so glad I found a place in Sterling that provides quality instruction and great teachers. From the moment we did the trial my son and I felt welcomed and actually learned a lot just in 2 weeks of the trial. It's a great workout and you learn a martial arts that's practical and effective. At first I had to drag my middle schooler who is a top athlete in several sports but never took martial arts. Now he loves it. So glad I decided to come here!
