The rooms were a bit smaller than expected, but still high quality. The staff was extremely helpful, the housekeepers changed the sheets and towels without disturbing our personal items, and even the other guests were polite and friendly. My only complaint is that there was a cheerleading competition group in the resort at the same time; they had a large tent taking up a large section of convenient parking, and the sound system they were using caused a lot of noise to echo through the resort - I would have preferred to be notified when something like that is happening, either at check-in or listed on the website when making the reservation.
