What an atrocious experience.

I appreciate we're in the midst of a pandemic, but I have been patient for 2 months now - your company have been uncommunicative and unhelpful; your customer service team give time frames for responses and then fail to follow up.

We've since placed several orders elsewhere, and your competitors seem to be coping just fine - why can't you? I'd just like a refund on the order now please!
