They are pricey, but prompt and efficient. Dino is a good and quick tech. that can solve a simple problem in record time. A/C Capacitor is a typical issue that does go out over time due to the duty cycle. Not an expensive part, but a service call of 199.00 right after the 3 year service call warranty runs out on a 15k unit is on the pricey side IMO. Good thing is original parts are covered for 12 years, compressor for 6. Another good thing is it was replaced with a heavy duty made in USA part, not a cheap Chinese part. So I'll chalk that up to price for an upgrade! Final outcome....we are cool in this scorching SE Texas heat again!
