Called for quote for adding 2 electrical outlets a...

Called for quote for adding 2 electrical outlets and install ceiling fan...Technician came out for quote and I never heard back from him.I followed up with him and inquired where my quote was and why I had not received it.Tech said he would call me right back with quote and email the quote as well. I never heard back from him period. Called customer service to ask for manager but they said they could mail the quote and they did email an inconclusive quote.So I went to corporate office today and received the complete quote after waiting some time for quote to be completed. Bottom line, I got my quote and a "I'm sorry about that" from the corporate representative.
Needless to say I'm seeking a reputable Company to perform the work I need done.John Moore is not the Company I used in the past that did perform a good job I had hired them to do a few years ago.I feel as if I'm just another number in their Corporate system that they can just afford to lose my business...mission accomplised
