Facial was just okay, nothing great! They did not pay attention to small details such as neck massage, extraction and facial steam like other spa. Not only that, they used towels to clean your face ONCE doesn't matter if it is cleanser, scrub or mask so I find it not so hygienic and doesn't clean thoroughly. I paid for microdermabrasion package but did not get what I PAID!! I am pregnant and the beautician only informed me that she would replace glycolic scrub with something gentler and everything else would be performed! So I agreed. 50 min later, she told me I am done! I told her what happened to dermabrasion? She said because you are pregnant, we can t do it ! She should have told me in advance as I told her in advance that I am pregnant so that my time would not be wasted and I could come back after delivery!! Not only I wasted time but money for not getting what I paid!
