I've been here twice and both times, disappointmen...

I've been here twice and both times, disappointment. I figured the first poor experience was a fluke, but when that happens again...no more. I would not recommend going to Dan Gould Jewelers. The owner needs to clean house and hire all new employees who strive for good customer service.
