Horrendous! I'm officially opting out of Kaiser after an equally dismal experience in Santa Rosa. What do you think I am? Some kind of animal or non- citizen or something? From the "information desk" to the "lead nurse"staring at her phone for a solid 3 minutes before acknowledgement... pathetic. Rude beyond words. Humiliated. It's filthy. How do you pass inspections? It must be covered in viruses and bacterium. My husband, a pathologist, is in disbelief at his "care". I'll not step foot in your door. He'll need to meet me outside upon checkout. I literally felt like I was in a 3rd world country.
