Ridiculously high fees and charges; Terrible customer support

They are only good in persuading you to get a premium account, but don't expect any help if you have issues thereafter. I wanted to waive an annual fee - like what I used to do with any of my bank account - and tried contacting their customer support. To my surprise, I can't get a hold of a real person to talk to. Everything is automated, from chat support email support. Don't even try calling their hotline. Nobody's going to answer. I'm really opting out of this bank app. Such a waste of time.
