After too many experiences watching the little car on my Uber or Lyft app not getting closer while time was of the essence, I switched to using Carmel for those really high priority trips - getting to to airport early in the morning, etc. They were really easy to book in advance, worked perfectly, and would arrive at my home early. This is my honest opinion. But apparently I will also receive a discount from Carmel on my next trip for posting this review, so to be transparent I disclose that here.
