I've had landlords before, but through Exit the service provided is great. My apartment on the inside is something that in another location would cost me triple the rent. The relationship between the agency, the owner, and me (the renter) is very professional. Any time I've had a concern they've fixed or heard what what we've had to say. And they put the customer first. I can't speak necessarily on their real estate, but look at how they treat renters and that should give prospective buyers an indication of how you'll be treated.
