I find delicious new recipes that are fun to cook, with fresh herbs and great spices.
What bothers me very much, is that the specified preparation times are not nearly true - you need a lot more time than stated, in the meat dishes much longer than stated, with me is even more than twice! Preparation time occurred. The extent of the menus, which often consist of several, each prepared in different ways parts, it is clear even when reading through the recipes that the specified cooking time is not correct and is too short of calculated, even for savvy chefs.
