Not impressed. This was our first case management company, so we didn't know the "rules" with having a medicaid waiver case manager. After learning the rules, we quickly found that they were not handling things as they were supposed to. I would recommend doing research with all of your options. Just because my child is easy, doesn't mean he should be overlooked or never checked on.
