Used to be a great, but now they don't care. My doctor left the practice, but no one bothered to call me to change my appointment. They even sent me a robo-call to confirm it. I took time off work and drove 45 minutes only to be told "how about next week"? Not even sorry for the inconvenience. I will not be going back.
