First time attending this venue. Went to main door to enquire if it was the entrance to the music venue. Unprofessional bouncer aggressively asked my daughter for ID when told we were going to the gig replied Round the corner down the stairs then went back to his conversation which obviously his job interrupted.
Enter venue produced tickets staff pointed In there the bar s closed . Venue extremely hot and as busy as expected with no access to water or any form of soft drinks. Would not recommend this venue if this is how they treat paying customers.
