I bought unit 2 years ago. The unit give me error code. I called and send pictures of unit. On this unit it shows the day and year if manufacturer but still they want receipt. This was a mistake. Do not buy their heaters. You pay good price and still don't last even 2 year. Cheaper heaters last more than twin star heaters.
