Disappointing. They let to many people inside. There was lots of standing around and waiting. 30+ minute ques. I have a bad back so could not stand in a queue for so long. So unfortunately there was things we didn't get to do. I sat outside to rest my back and got speaking to another visitor who said she had a bad knee so also due to ques her child missed out on things. There was so many people I didn't enjoy the tour. There was 2 little theaters during the tour with history of Cadbury's due to over crowing some people were sat on the floor. Also people was talking during it so I could not hear. Because there was so many people it was hard to look at everything on the tour. Every one was in everyone's way.
