Picket Fence Properties is great to work with!!! They always responded to maintenance requests promptly!! You can pay your rent online and also send in maintenance requests online which makes it super convenient. I had to Fort Collins for work but I really loved renting from Picket Fence. I got my full security deposit back, the day after my move-out inspection. They are great to rent from and I would recommend them to anyone in Greeley!
