Need to stand at the head of the table and work do...

Need to stand at the head of the table and work down the spine not up. Back work was awful. Also do not touch the client with your body. Neck and legs were done well. Not sure if therapist is avoiding this basic stance due to covid. I left a decent tip but would not ask for this therapist again. I am a CMT.
