Very nice boutique hotel in memphis. It's in a central location and we were able to walk to everything we wanted to see. We enjoyed our room it was quite and nicely decorated. The guy at the counter was very friendly and informative. They would totally get five starts if it weren't for two things. First the hotel feels like a ghost town there are no amenities that attracts people to 4 star hotels (no bar, no music, and no ambiance). I understand we are in a global crisis but even during covid I'm sure there are options that could make this a happier feeling place. Second parking, we chose to park in the garage next door but it is closed from 7pm- 7am.
