I spoke with Adeline " Customer service representative" at calsurance and this lady had an attitude like no other. I am paying for something and trying to understand the breakdown of my bill because on my paperwork it says differently compared to what I have already paid and she does not want to repeat herself. She kept coping up this attitude just to go over the bill, why is she hired at a place to work as a receptionist when she is rude, does not care to help customers and copes up attitude with them. Also, they are expensive apart from all this, I will not recommend them for E&O. Initially on my end all it showed is $ 245 as my premium and then all of a sudden it jumped to $364. 80 with all the taxes and surcharges etc.
I have requested for a call back from the Supervisor of Adeline with Attitude to contact me back and lets see if I actually hear back from someone.
