A month ago I signed the contract with Immobilia and so far communication has been super fast. Even on weekends, there is an answer to questions. At the beginning it was clearly mapped out what the condition of the apartment was and after that they were still very flexible if I wanted to pass on adjustments.

However, the broker could have had a little more knowledge about the defects of the building so that our questions (for example about the fire alarms) could be answered immediately. Generally very satisfied with the fine communication and the way in which they handle problems.
