The following was sent to them thru their e-mail on 3/15/17 with no response yet. Apparently they do not want to answer complaints from current customers:
Your representative called for an air conditioner check up for my two units you installed.
Said that as a customer I would get a special of $ 99/unit.
I said that there were a lot better offers coming to my home for Trane dealers and to call me back when you were competiotive.

Baker- $ 39.95 per unit
Dallas Plumbing-$ 59 first unit and $ 45 second
Xtreme Air- $ 44.95 per unit\
Total Air - $ 60 1st. and $ 50 on second
One Hour - $ 59 for each
Quality - $ 49.50 for each
