We came to stay at the brea suites because there is construction next door to our home and the dust is overwhelming . my sister is on oxygen so we had to stay elsewhere. When i called the hotel i asked if they t offered netflix and i was told people bring their firestick and just hook it on it will work. When we asked for helpI we were told that people who bring it know how to hook it up and that i needed ti coordinate it with tech support.. we spent three hours on the line with the first tech She said she called the front desk and was filing a report because nobody answered . The front desk said nobody called. Needless to say, we spent three hours trying to get help. We finally received a call from A nick who was just wonderful and managed to set us up thru his end. We got a full kitchen and outr paper roll was only half less than half full . They would not give ne another . How sad. Service was not helpful and we were tired . I want to be compensated for the time we spent. We are seniors who should not have to go thru this. The dudvmcount i was offered is an insult. Please make it right!
