Wasn't too bad but there are certainly things that need improving on.
Boat is very dated that's fine.
The 'springs' were nice but we didn't spend enough time there before being called back to the boat, if you can't swim I don't think there is any assistance for you eg. floaties
Our guide didn't really offer anything for the trip didn't talk about the springs or really say anything insightful.
He seemed to act with swagger as though he was above his job.
When we reached the volcano I was surprised that I was expected to pay an extra 2.50pp to then get off the boat and explore!!! How is this NOT factored into the tour price?
Our guide gave a bit of insight about the volcano but it was still pretty poor,he was not charismatic at all!
Then we got held up waiting and waiting to dock and get off the boat we ended up waiting about 30mins just sitting there.

Improvements:
Include the volcano tour in price
Give more time at 'springs'
Give swimming aides to those who need it
Give more advice on what's going on
Supply a chilled bottle of water for after volcano hike
