We are about to do our first major design with LuAnn and her group. They were in competition with other national firms and her local knowledge of the market and the competitors, along with her impressive body of work made it easier to give the nod to them. I expect the finish product to be as good as we anticipate and the hope the experience continues to be at the level it has in the bidding stages.
