We wanted to replace 2 of our existing bathrooms which were looking very dated. We don't have much design imagination but knew that we wanted something more contemporary. We visited some other bathroom suppliers but were not overly impressed with the design or the approach. We then received a recommendation for Bathroom 11. We visited the showroom and met Adam the designer who explained the design to installation service. Adam came on a site visit and asked us for the sort of bathroom we were looking for. The following week we went back to the showroom and were shown computer based designs of the proposed bathrooms - we were really pleased and it matched what we were looking for. Once we'd accepted the quote, the installation soon followed - this was led by Andy and various other specialists (tilers, electricians). They were very clean and tidied up very well every night. Adam would regularly visit to monitor progress, as would Ben the owner. One of the best things about the service is that any fixes post installation were done immediately and with no quibbles. We're very happy with the outcome and the service provided
