Horrible echange rates. Went to Pincho J restauran...

Horrible echange rates. Went to Pincho J restaurant today in Barcelona. They decided for me to charge me in USD versus Euros plus 2% commision. Current rate is 1.22 USD to Euro ..they charged 1.29 USD. Then the receipt says I had a choice in currencies I was charged..yes..maybe in theroy but the restaurant made it for me and then Wouldn t correct it when we asked why they decided USD for us.
