Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I went through a NIGHTMARE trying to get Sears Home Services to repair my washing machine Oct 1, 2013. It was so bad I wrote an entire post about it on Google Plus titled "
Sears Home Services And Sears Appliance Repair Have HORRIBLE Customer Service" and the washing machine is broken again with the EXACT SAME PROBLEM that was supposedly fixed in October. I would not recommend Sears Home Services to anyone.
