I am writing on behalf of my aging parents who have been loyal customers of Sears since they have been married more than 30 years.

Since September, they have been attempting to get their refrigerator door fixed. And since September, they have been getting the run around from every foreign customer service department representative, leading to no resolution to date.

With each rep, they are told a part is ordered, or backordered, or in stock, or not available, or scheduling service for a part that they haven't ordered. Each person has promised resolution in 24-48 hours and either does not get a call, or are told some bull story, by some representative from the Philippines. Ridiculous.

And here they are, in February of 2018, with a broken refrigerator that is under THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER SERVICE PERIOD. Not even the extended warranty. Can you explain that to me?

With Sears Canada having recently gone out of business, I can see why your company will be there soon. Your customer service is non existent.

This is absolutely unacceptable, and I will be sure to blast this to every Sears executive, and every public forum. Thousands of people will ready Google review and go elsewhere. Furthermore, if I do not hear from a Sears corporate (American, not foreign) representative, I will also be assisting my parents in filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
