I had an appointment on March 26th for a basic oil change on my Toyota Tundra. I purposely schedule the earliest appointment possible because I bring my kids along and like to get done quickly. 90 minutes later the technician pulls up my truck and I notice a trail of oil from where he was just driving. I look underneath to see oil pouring out from under the truck. After much confusion and discussion about what to do, one of the more experience guys comes out and helps him jack up the truck where it was sitting. After a second try, the technician forgets to put the main oil cap on and starts the truck. I see him quickly shut the truck off and pop the hood again. More oil going everywhere. After 3 hours they had it finished and had "cleaned up" the oil all over the engine block. Even after taking it for an extensive car wash, I'm still smelling oil burning 5 weeks later from the mess all over the inside of the engine compartment.

The only reason for two stars instead of one is that the technician felt badly and was apologetic. The service "manager" on the other hand acted as if I was an inconvenience when I told him what had happened. Still no apology from the dealership or any offer for comping future service or the fact that I wasted an entire morning for a 30 minute job. I even had to ask for them to take care of this oil change.

Just an update, still no response after 3 plus months from the dealership to make this right.
