Worst insurance I ever had their costumer service ...

Worst insurance I ever had their costumer service is trash it takes about an hour or more to ask something and when you ask something they either can t solve anything they don t know what the policy holds and or if we want to add something they said that doesn t exist when on paper you it says there. When I call everything I ask it has a different department and it takes 20 min every time they transfer me to somewhere else. On weekends it s worst.
