I am a nurse who worked with Matrix from October 2016 to February 2018 at the Marine base in Hawaii. Needless to say, at the time I was very happy with the company. Since that time, it seems there are many changes. I applied for a position that I believe I was more than qualified for. I received a friendly generic letter that said another candidate was preferred. This is fine, however it seemed that my application was considered with non employees. When I sent back an email asking if my records were still on file along with my exemplary record with the company. I didn't receive any word back. I have tried calling multiple times, but no one is in the office. This truly was/maybe still is a great company to work for if you are looking for a contract position within the government. However, it is impossible to get ahold of any of my previous contacts or recruiters.
