We took the tour today. With her expression and gestures, as well as her own enthusiasm, our lady captured the scope of the arts and the special atmosphere of the opera in a wonderful way.
However, we also found that 11 per person for a 45-minute tour with a lot of storytelling and little reputation was very, very steep. We looked at 4 stations and could e.g. not even going from one staircase to the next on a floor to let this affect us. Overall, I found the tour very worthwhile, but the price-performance ratio doesn't suit me.
