This company took over pool management of my apartment complex. They are the worst! While the "lifeguards" are nice, they're super lazy. Water quality should be checked once a hour, I've seen one guard do regular checks. Otherwise they're either in the guard chair on the phone or sitting wayyy in the back away from the pool. I've seen them leave the deck while people are in the pool! Leave as in go inside the building for minutes at a time. You never see them cleaning the pool, so the tile has a yucky film on the tiles. I wish we could go back to our old pool company.
