We have been living here since the beginning of the year and we love it here. The grounds are kept up and the staff in the leasing office and the maintenance crew are beyond helpful. The only downside is the walls are a bit too thin, so you can hear neighbors sometimes. But honestly, that is pretty minor in the grand scheme of things! Its also very affordable to be living in a beautiful space so close to dc. We uber into the city for about 5-10 bucks.
