Horrible customer service over the phone, in person I imagine it's worse. The lady answered my call the first time said she couldn't hear me, call was dropped? I called back, as a phone operator myself i always introduce myself, she didn't. I asked if she could hear me better she said yes, I asked for her name and she said "I DIDN'T GIVE IT TO YOU" and quickly placed me on hold for 8 minutes which I waited for her to get back on the line, because the holding music says "we value your time and we are probably helping another customer" something a long those lines. She then got back on the line and hung up. Obviously she wasn't a manager with her poor work ethic and skills, refinancing my car else where. It was ok for the year it lasted.
