I went to Knox for two very personal items. My engagement ring & a remembrance pendant necklace in honor of my dad who recently passed away- these won't be the last! They have a lifetime customer out of us! Both items turned out perfectly as planned. Kristin, the store manager, truly cares about customers wants/asks in custom jewelry and goes above and beyond to make sure that you are happy with it. She helped me through both processes making them both fun & easy. Ryan (co owner and custom designer) was a part of the making of the remembrance pendant of my dad for me - he went as far as to scope out my dad's obituary to learn more about the person he was making a pedant from- he told me he even got a bit emotional making it- that meant so much to me & my family! Since then, my mom has gotten the same pendant made in a bracelet form. We both just love them and will wear them daily! My ring was a very alike experience, I brought in a photo of my dream ring- within 4-6 weeks they formed the exact same one for me! I will cherish both of these custom items forever! Definitely recommend them to anyone needing pre-made or custom made jewelry. They are the best!
