We were patients in the family birthing centre ear...

We were patients in the family birthing centre early April 2017. We were given wrong information in regards to room choices, by a nurse at the time of registration. As a resultimate we ended up having to pay out of pocket.

Another situation we encountered, a nurse directed us to return the next day, on Sunday, for bloodwork when the lab is closed on weekends. It is painful enough to have to get out of bed the day after giving birth but also having to wander the halls of the hospital caring a newborn baby and sitting in the ER waiting room for almost an hour!
