This business cuts corners on many parts. The general manager John is very condescending and lacks basic social skills to have a simple conversation. Its all business, there is no need to get red faced and take things personal. Clearly the job was made wrong. Own up to it. No excuse, don't throw others under the bus. Own up to it. Would never recommend this plating company they obviously do not follow regulations or comply to plating specifications honestly. Hopefully no one suffers seriously from their plating methods.
