I recently interviewed with this company and was offered a position. When I went to complete the final step, which is a drug test. There was only one woman there named Hera A. I took the test and she looked at it for 1 second before throwing it out and claiming the temperature wasn t showing. I asked to see it and it was there! She lied to my face saying if it doesn t show in 5 seconds she has to throw it out and went on to say I can sit there and drink water until I have to use the bathroom again to retake the test as if I am not a grown adult with other things to do with my time. I am now pursing then legally as I have a picture and video confirming everything I said. I m not sure if the lady was racist or just having a bad day but it s completely uncalled for and she will be dealt with accordingly!
