I purchased my home in March 2010 that was built within the same year of which I've experienced issues with caulking of which I addressed with Gray Hawk and was told that their not responsible. During 2010, I had to pay another source $40 to take care of that issue then the retaining wall with poor drainage on one side of the house was failing, at first I was told again that Gray Hawk was not responsible. Later in 2011, I experienced leaks from my kitchen and bathroom sinks. Of which Gray Hawk claimed no responsibility, of which another source cited 'stripped' plumbing that I had to pay him to repair. Afterwards, a light fixture and a smoke detector malfunctioned of which Gray Hawk also claimed no responsibility, I had to pay a separate electric company to replace these items. Recently, I've experienced trouble with all of my phone jacks being inoperable of Gray Hawk claimed no responsibility. After paying another out of pocket expense for repair, it was concluded that a malfunctioned wire caused the phone jack issue. Now, the retaining wall on the other side is deplorable of which the ground is depressed and subject to fall. Yet again, Gray Hawk claims no responsibility. I know of two companies that no longer associate with Gray Hawk and conversed with neighbors expressing concerns with Gray Hawk's quality of work. As a home owner, I expect to pay for repairs as the property ages, but not this amount within zero to 3 years.
