As a long time customer I was always happy with the service and finally I had to write a great feedback. Bought many things over few years for my 82 Westy and recently an awning - big purchase. On the phone it was easy to ask questions. I wrongly ordered 3 single mounting brackets instead of "3pack"- they just adjusted the price to the better one of the "3pack". When the awning had one of the cracked tips (after shipping) they had a replacement piece arranged from Fiama in one day with one email "."
You got to love simplicity - esp these days :)
And btw - awning is great so far (10 ft Fiama F45s)
