Lack of customer service and follow through has been shockingly disappointing.

I sent an email, via their website, to express my frustration with their finance department - never heard back.
Fiance eventually returned my call - didn't listen to any of my request - and sent me a quote at double my current monthly.
Finance sent me a standard promotion offer - I replied with a question / clarification - and never heard back.

I'm a BMW enthusiast and love the brand but this is by far the worse dealership I've ever had to deal with. It appears they are either unwilling or unable to address questions or work within your budget.

Take your hard earned money elsewhere.
