What's wrong with the security guard? I have been ...

What's wrong with the security guard? I have been there twice, and in both situations the security guard was impolite, rude and annoying. In my experience as a Canadian citizen this has been the worse consulate ever. I am so mad, I keep asking myself why I have to deal with that kind of people.
