Well ... taking into account the hands that previously handled the hotel, I give an apology for it with respect to the facilities and their maintenance. What I can not apologize, is that, opening a new administration, the service is BAD .. when I arrived I was given a room occupied, I went through another one that had a wet carpet until I reached the one I stayed. I asked for an iron 4 times that never arrived, the Housekeeper knocks on your door several times a day just to confirm that there is someone in the room .. ???? ... the last night, at 1 in the morning Security at my door to ask if I had canceled the night of that night, which of course had happened and there is no reason to bother a guest for an administrative aspect they did not know how to handle ... I ordered towels and towels from noon They brought them to me at 8 o'clock at night. The food, I just tried the breakfast really that very good and varied. Attention is what should improve but 100%. I notice a little disorganized but I hope it's just a matter of adaptation. What I can say to you with property is that it will be a long time for me to return here.
